Who can access my audio?+
Nobody outside our processing pipeline. Your audio is held in temporary storage only while it's being transcribed, then deleted automatically when the job completes — both on our orchestrator and on the GPU worker. We keep only the transcription text in your account, and you can delete that anytime.
What's the free tier exactly?+
3 transcriptions per day, no credit card. You get the same model and most features — just with a daily cap. AI summaries and API access are Pro-only.
What does Pro give me?+
$15/month: unlimited transcriptions, AI summaries, API access with up to 5 keys, and email support. Cancel anytime — Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What file formats and sources are supported?+
Uploads: MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG, WebM, MKV, AVI, MOV, AAC, OPUS, WMA — up to 20 GB. URL submissions must point directly to a media file you have the right to access. Streaming platforms (YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, Netflix etc.) forbid programmatic audio extraction in their Terms of Service — please download the file yourself and upload it here.
How accurate is the transcription?+
We use Whisper Large-v3 — OpenAI's most accurate model — for every job. Expect 95–98% accuracy on clear audio. Heavy accents, overlapping speech, or background noise lower it. You can edit the transcript in our browser editor before exporting.
Which languages do you support?+
We transcribe 95+ languages well — English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, and Danish are among the strongest. Translation is available between 20+ major languages.
Where are my files processed?+
On GPU nodes we rent from FluxEdge, a distributed compute marketplace — we restrict processing to nodes located in the EU. The orchestrator that handles your account and database is also EU-hosted. Your audio is processed in the EU and deleted automatically once the job completes.
Do you train AI models on my audio?+
No. We use Whisper, NLLB, and Llama models exactly as released by their authors. We never fine-tune on customer data and never share your audio or transcripts with third parties.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. No proration tricks.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes — we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Email support@axilero.com from the address on your account and we'll refund you in full. Refunds are handled through Paddle, our merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?+
No. Sign up with email + password and start transcribing immediately.
Do you have an API?+
Yes — on Pro. Pro accounts can create up to 5 API keys with scoped permissions. The API isn't available on the free tier. See the API documentation for endpoints, examples, and rate limits.
