These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Axilero’s transcription service (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
Axilero provides AI-powered transcription of audio content.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time.
2. User accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- keep your login credentials secure
- be responsible for all activity under your account
You may delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. User content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and generate using the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
- the content you upload
- ensuring you have the legal right to use and upload such content
- ensuring that uploaded content complies with applicable data protection laws
You must not upload content that:
- is illegal
- infringes intellectual property rights
- violates privacy or applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.
4. Data processing
- Audio files are processed temporarily and are not stored after processing
- Transcriptions are stored in your account until you delete them

5. Free tier
Axilero may offer a free tier with limited usage.
Free tier limitations include:
- up to 3 transcriptions per day
- a maximum duration of 30 minutes per file
- a maximum file size of 5 GB
- lower processing priority
Free tier usage may be subject to additional limitations to prevent abuse, including rate limiting, account restrictions, or access suspension.
Axilero reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed via Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record.
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- you are responsible for managing your subscription
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are handled through Paddle, our merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access
- interfere with system performance
- use the Service for unlawful purposes
8. Service limitations
We do not guarantee:
- 100% transcription accuracy
- uninterrupted or error-free service
- that the Service will be available at all times
Processing speed and availability may vary depending on system load and subscription tier.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, and branding, are owned by Axilero.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axilero shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Force majeure
Axilero shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to outages, infrastructure failures, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
